TrueBird Global LLC (“TrueBird,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates TabEagle, a software product designed to help independent business operators create invoices, share payment links, and communicate payment-related information with their customers.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information
When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, login credentials, and other account details.

Business and Invoice Information
When you use TabEagle, we may collect information you enter into invoices or payment requests, including customer names, customer contact information, invoice descriptions, amounts due, due dates, notes, photos, and related attachments.

Customer Information Entered by Users
TabEagle users may enter information about their own customers, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, invoice details, service descriptions, and payment-related information. Users are responsible for having the right to provide this information to TabEagle.

Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process payment information, identity information, bank account information, and transaction details under their own terms and privacy policies.

Photos and Attachments
If you upload photos or other attachments, we may store and process those files to provide invoice, payment, customer communication, recordkeeping, and support features.

Device, Usage, and Technical Information
We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, crash logs, diagnostic data, pages viewed, actions taken in the app, and other technical information used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Communications
If you contact us for support, we may collect the contents of your message and related contact information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve TabEagle;
  • Create, send, display, and manage invoices and payment links;
  • Support account setup, authentication, security, and customer service;
  • Process transactions through third-party payment providers;
  • Send service-related notices, confirmations, alerts, and updates;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and prevent misuse;
  • Maintain business records;
  • Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, security, and fraud-prevention obligations;
  • Develop new features and improve user experience.

3. Payment Processing

TabEagle may integrate with third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment processing services are provided by those third-party providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Depending on the payment structure used, Stripe or another payment provider may collect and process information such as business identity details, payment card information, bank account information, transaction data, fraud-prevention data, and compliance information.

TrueBird does not control every aspect of how third-party payment providers process payment data. Users and payors should review the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy policy.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

Service Providers
We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, data storage, analytics, authentication, communications, security, customer support, crash reporting, and payment processing.

Payment Providers
We may share information with payment providers to enable payments, payouts, refunds, fraud prevention, identity verification, compliance, and dispute handling.

Invoice Recipients
When a TabEagle user sends an invoice, payment request, photo, or attachment to a customer, the customer may receive the information included by the user.

Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, regulatory request, fraud investigation, security investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TrueBird, our users, customers, or others.

Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

TabEagle users are responsible for the information they enter, upload, and send through the service. This includes responsibility for invoice accuracy, customer contact information, uploaded photos, service descriptions, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.

Users should not upload sensitive information unless necessary for their legitimate business use.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business purposes.

Some information may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

You may request deletion of your TabEagle account or certain personal information by contacting: [email protected]

We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Some information may be retained if necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or legitimate business purposes.

If the TabEagle app supports account creation, we also intend to provide a way to initiate account deletion within the app.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

9. Children’s Privacy

TabEagle is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Analytics and Diagnostics

We may use analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic tools to understand app performance, identify errors, improve usability, and maintain security. These tools may collect device, usage, and technical information.

11. Marketing Communications

We may send service-related messages and, where permitted, occasional product updates or marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications, but we may still send non-marketing messages related to your account, transactions, security, or support.
